Returning for its second year, Prime Fest – hosted by Prime Circle and Real Concerts – is promising to be bigger and better with a powerhouse music line-up and a bevy of food, beverage and lifestyle stalls.
Having launched in 2018, Prime Circle have put together an “All Killer, No Filler” line-up. Kicking off the day’s proceedings will be Just Jinjer, followed by a royal flush of South African music giants including The Parlotones, Jack Parow, Freshlyground, Mango Groove, Wonderboom and Shut Up It’s Sunday.
Apart from the star-studded music line-up, this family-friendly festival combines an outdoor experience with a dedicated kids play area and a wide range of stalls.
Cooler boxes and picnic baskets are not permitted but there will be sufficient food stalls to fill your stomachs and a bar and beer garden to quench your thirst.
In between the music acts, why not sneak some alone time in at Just Haven’s Nomadic Spa in their billowing draped gazebos and enclosed fragrant treatment rooms for a 30-minute head, neck & shoulder massage or foot / hand massage for R100 or a 60-minute full body or back & neck massage for R200. There will also be a Vape Truck and InStep Jozi for you to browse through.
And what would a proudly South African music & lifestyle festival be without showing the love for a few of our local charity organisations including Woodrock Animal Rescue, Owl Rescue & Rehabilitation and RADA.
Parking is free with Williams Hunt Isuzu providing a complimentary shuttle service. Experience the Isuzu SUV and Double Cab range. Be driven by professional drivers from the Isuzu Driving Academy and view their vehicle display on the day including the awesome Isuzu Arctic AT35 and the all new D-Max X-Rider Black. #WilliamsHuntIsuzu #WithYouForTheLongRun
Don’t drink and drive! Patrons are encouraged to use services like Uber to get to and from the festival. Uber will have a dedicated pin location to Primefest that will take you to a designated drop off and pick-up area.
Patrons are reminded that umbrellas will only be allowed in designated areas. There will be no gazebos allowed so as not to block the stage view for other attendees. Camp chairs are permitted.
Limited tickets are available through Computicket and range from R365 to R1250 (VIP Access). Children pay R100 (3 – 12 years), with children under 3 admitted free.
