The Deepest Retreat takes place at Somerset Gift Getaway Farm, a hidden gem deep in a valley bordering the Marloth Nature Reserve just outside Swellendam (2,5 hours drive from Cape Town). Sunrise reveals mountain paths through thick indigenous forest to endless waterfalls, and sunset glimmers on the river that flows past the farmhouse and cottages. The moon and stars light up the pastures and fields in this nook of simple living. Accommodation is shared or private in the main farmhouse and surrounding cottages.
Meditation & movement sessions with Dave Gardner, live music & sound journeys with Guy Buttery, sculpting & permaculture workshops with Eve Gutter, plant-based cuisine & nutrition with Nathalie Larsen & Francesca Annenberg, and social reflexive reflective processes with Dylan McGarry. A real, raw, organic, dynamic, restorative, grounding & expansive experience with awesome humans – a welcome breath of fresh air after a rather intense year.

Price includes all activities, accommodation and exceptional plant based food for the whole retreat (transport fees not included – but we do assist in organizing lifts to and from the venue).
